Sunday gatherings are a highlight of our week. We gather to worship, hear a message from the Bible and connect with God and each other.

Sunday gatherings are for you, whether you have no faith or have been following Jesus for years. Come and join the family!  Gatherings will last around 1 hour, but do plan to stick around afterwards for a coffee and to connect with others.

If you have kids then HEART Church is for you; they will start the gathering with us all before heading out with our awesome kids' team where they will have loads of fun finding out more about Jesus.

  • There is lots of parking at the school accessed on Station Road.

  • Most of us will be casual, wearing jeans, some may go for a smarter vibe, but ultimately come in whatever you are comfortable in.

  • 100%! Family is our heart, and from the get go we have always had lots of kids who are part of Heart Church.

    If you have little ones under 1, they will stay with you, but we have a great space set up for them in the hall, with toys and space for them to roll, crawl and be at home in.

    For those 3 and over then HEART Kids is for them. They will start the gathering with you, and after around 15mins the gathering leader will announce that HEART Kids are heading out where they will have loads of fun engaging with the Bible and finding out more about Jesus with our fully DBS checked awesome HEART Kids team.

    For those aged 1 to 3 we have a creche zone in our Heart Kids room so you can have peace of mind that they are safe and enjoying church whilst you enjoy hearing from God’s Word.

  • Whilst we are not tied to a set way of doing things and there is a bit of flexibility, a typical gathering looks like this…

    10am Doors open for refreshments

    10.30am Service starts and a member of the team will welcome us and pray

    We then have a time of worship led by our worship team.

    During the time of worship there will be an opportunity to give tithes and offerings, as a church we have a posture of generosity. Though if it is your first time or you are visiting please, be assured there is no expectation or obligation to give.

    10.45ish HEART Kids will head out

    We will then have a 25/30min talk from the Bible, which will equip us to follow Jesus. Our leader Dan Cronin usually brings us the talk but we also love to have others in the church as well as inviting friends of Heart Church to preach.

    Following this we will have a time of worship and response, being open to what the Holy Spirit is doing.

    11.30/11.45 the service will finish, HEART Kids will come back, but this is not the end! We love to hang out and connect with each other over a coffee.

  • The school is fully accessible, with disabled toilets, and whilst we generally only use the ground floor, there is a lift to access upstairs.

  • All our refreshments are free!

    During the time of worship there will be an opportunity to give tithes and offerings, we have a posture of generosity. We believe that all we have comes from God and we want to give back to Him generously.
